Round 4 PC post with Dazai

Dazai's quarters can be found in the studio building. It's one of the doors off of the main hallway, not far from the stage itself. The door itself is labeled with his name. Most of the time it is unlocked, but he does lock it at night or when he's with someone else.

There is an open parlor area, with a couple couches and a low table. Off to one side of the room is a taller table with some booze bottles on it, all still mostly-full. On another wall is a door, which presumably goes to another part of his quarters, maybe his bedroom? And there is also a table and desk chair to one side, which appears to be a working space. All of the walls are lined with bookshelves, which are full of countless books.

Feel free to knock, or walk right in if the door is open.

That will take time, though Akira already has a talent for cooking. And that may just be a talent for alchemy.

Akira-kun makes some pretty good coffe, so he has the talent already. Have you tried it?

I haven't. I prefer tea.

I do too, but it was worth drinking.

[darkova]

I shall try it then. And when that boy poisons someone with that coffee, I can laugh in Hell.

I doubt he'd do that, it's an affront to coffee. And he cares too much about good coffee.

But a poisoned tea is certainly still on the table.

Of course, he doesn't care nearly as much about tea.

[darkova]

Ah... this is just making me thirsty. I should bring tea next time.

[guileturncoat]

Next time I'll have tea ready for us, since I'm sure you wouldn't like my usual drink.

[He jabs his thumb over at the many, many bottles of booze on a small table nearby. Bottles which are nearly full, interestingly enough.]

Oh, you think I don't drink?

I think you wouldn't drink to the point of getting drunk. It's an important distinction.

[darkova]

Not anymore no- it wouldn't be safe. But I used to enjoy a bit of wine now and then.

[guileturncoat]

I could get some sparkling grape juice if you want? It's the same flavor and bubbles, but without the alcohol.

[darkova]

No need to go out of your way on my account.

[guileturncoat]

[He just smiles there.

The next time Ingway visits, there will indeed be sparkling grape juice available.]

Drinks aside, I suppose I should ask about this cuff. You realize I expected you to cut my hand off?

I'm sure a lot of people expected it. This is far better, though.

You could feel the tension leave the room when you just cuffed me. SHould I worry about it not changing with me when I shapeshift?

....actually I hadn't considered that. It might break off entirely if you do that.

[darkova]

Or tear my hand off. Either would be interesting. I suppose if I keep to shapes close to my own it should be fine.

Though trying to slip out of my sacrifice certainly doesn't seem fair.

You have several people here who can help you. You can help yourself by staying calm and slowing the progression, and then reaching out in your moments of weakness.

You have the power to stop it, but you choose not to out of a sense of pride and stubbornness.
