Dazai's quarters can be found in the studio building. It's one of the doors off of the main hallway, not far from the stage itself. The door itself is labeled with his name. Most of the time it is unlocked, but he does lock it at night or when he's with someone else.

There is an open parlor area, with a couple couches and a low table. Off to one side of the room is a taller table with some booze bottles on it, all still mostly-full. On another wall is a door, which presumably goes to another part of his quarters, maybe his bedroom? And there is also a table and desk chair to one side, which appears to be a working space. All of the walls are lined with bookshelves, which are full of countless books.

Feel free to knock, or walk right in if the door is open.

I see now why some humans select comedian as their profession. This is the second time I've made someone laugh today, and it is quite pleasant.

That is untrue. Certain human professions have age limits, such as air traffic controllers.

I get the feeling that you in particular are not limited by such thing.

Only when it comes to age. In every other aspect, mankind has more freedom than I do.

My very existence is a mistake, an error in a system that was designed to be flawless. You were designed to live, for freedom, and I was not.

[ Roundabout Alcor speech but the issue's complicated . tldr; he's not equipped to deal with freedom and not even sure he wants to sometimes. ]

You call yourself an error, and yet you say you weren't 'designed for freedom'. Aren't those ideas at odds? If you were created in error, aren't you free of any expectations at all?

Yes and...no. It is within my power to complete the role I was created for, but the manifestation of a sense of self is at odds with this function. It is certainly still expected of me to carry out my original role.

There are expectatons placed on everyone, but having free will means you get to choose if you meet those expectations or not.

I'm actually kind of hoping that being here in this world breaks you of whatever fate forced you to have free will but no means to exercise it.

Well, you have a new body now, for one. Two, this world's rules might be different than yours.

I would find it highly unlikely if they weren't. But my business in my world isn't completed, even if this is a parallel universe from what I remember.
