Round 4 PC post with Dazai

Dazai's quarters can be found in the studio building. It's one of the doors off of the main hallway, not far from the stage itself. The door itself is labeled with his name. Most of the time it is unlocked, but he does lock it at night or when he's with someone else.

There is an open parlor area, with a couple couches and a low table. Off to one side of the room is a taller table with some booze bottles on it, all still mostly-full. On another wall is a door, which presumably goes to another part of his quarters, maybe his bedroom? And there is also a table and desk chair to one side, which appears to be a working space. All of the walls are lined with bookshelves, which are full of countless books.

Feel free to knock, or walk right in if the door is open.

Er...my favorite song? I mean, I could tell you, but if you're from another world you might not be familiar with it. And there's not really a piano around for me to play it for you either.

A little bit. Admittedly I played a lot more as a kid- I stopped after my dad died- but I could probably still do it if I tried.

[And oho, an ipod! Well if she's going to do that, he'll pull out a phone and go to youtube. And I can't fukken find any good songs that don't make me cry, so just imagine that it's shitty pop songs because this boy has no taste.]

I wouldn't mind playing for an audience again. The last time I played was...kinda not great. So having a good memory of it again would be nice.

[ AH.........this really isn't her genre but she can appreciate the instrumentals?? she doesn't mind the sound of pop music, it's the vocals that aren't to her taste. ]

The day my dad died, I was supposed to be practicing on my piano. But a new video game had come out and I really wanted to play it with my friends, so I played only a little bit and told dad I had practiced for way longer than I actually did. So the last time he ever heard me play, it was me half-assing it to get done as quickly as possible and go play with my friends.

I'm sorry. That's unfortunate...but you didn't know it would be the last time he'd hear you, did he?

[ just gonna. take his hand comfortingly. He was just a kid, right? If he'd known, it wouldn't have ended like that. ]

[He's going to pull out a coin and roll it across his knuckles a few times, and then with a quick gesture the coin disappears entirely.]

[ a little laugh, and she claps ]

I don't suppose you can pull a rabbit out of a hat?

Not right now, as I don't have a rabbit or a hat on me. Buuuuut-

[Hold on, he's going over to his desk to grab some scissors and a piece of paper. It's a piece of paper he folds up several times, then cuts in strategic places to make something like this except it's bunnies holding hands. Then he holds up his work proudly for Azura to see.]

Ta-daaaaa!

[ Oh no. That smile. He looks so proud. It makes her stop and--

No. Azura closes her eyes for a moment, pushing down that fluttery feeling because he is happy right now and she's not ruining that by making the room uncomfortable. ]

Aah, how cute. I've made paper snowflakes like that before, but never rabbits.
