Dazai's quarters can be found in the studio building. It's one of the doors off of the main hallway, not far from the stage itself. The door itself is labeled with his name. Most of the time it is unlocked, but he does lock it at night or when he's with someone else.

There is an open parlor area, with a couple couches and a low table. Off to one side of the room is a taller table with some booze bottles on it, all still mostly-full. On another wall is a door, which presumably goes to another part of his quarters, maybe his bedroom? And there is also a table and desk chair to one side, which appears to be a working space. All of the walls are lined with bookshelves, which are full of countless books.

Feel free to knock, or walk right in if the door is open.

That's probably fine. Atsushi... During the meeting, he said that he felt hurt, but he still wanted to help you. I don't think he'll say it out loud, at least.

Probably not, but he is also easily bullied. It might come out anyway.

Inaba bullies him for information all the time. He's too weak-willed, he gives in.

[Sorry GT, Ellie trusts Inaba more or less. I mean, if anyone's going to catch her, it's probably her anyways, so.]

Okay, I'm going to have to stop you here. It will be fine. I doubt Atsushi would smell people for no reason, and I don't think Inaba has any reason to ask him to sniff me.

Honestly, it would be kind of weird if he did. As it is, it looks like Inaba doesn't actually think you... Have anyone else in here on your side, from what she said on Tuesday. I doubt she'll be searching for someone working with you, unless she has a reason to believe there's one.

I'm honestly surprised that nobody has figured out that I know all about your meetings. They have to have figured out that I can't see everything with the cameras, right?

I just don't want you to be at risk.

I mean, you already visited one of our meetings, and it is kind of obvious when we all kind of disappear off the cameras for a long period of time... That being said, I don't think I gave you any information you didn't already have until this week?

[It's been one meeting that she's given you information on, Dazai. Singular.]

And it's fine, I don't think I'm any more at risk than anyone else here. Besides, aren't you the one most at risk here? You said that you probably won't be able to come back if you're killed, didn't you?

It's different for people like me. People from 6350 don't enter the afterlife here, so their souls can be grabbed and they can be stuffed right into another body. But people from this world, they go right to the afterlife. Or...wherever a soul goes when someone dies, I guess. Since nobody really knows for sure.

Then, the situation doesn't really change. You need to stay alive no matter what. If it comes down to it... I'll do my best to make sure that happens.

But, let's put that aside for now. For now, just close your eyes and relax for a bit.

[He closes his eyes, and he waits for whatever Ellie is about to do.]

[Okay. Ellie takes a deep breath, and... Let's try to do whatever we can to help him calm down. To start, let's try some light star energy emissions... Back in her own world, they had Curaoke, and there's nothing like that around in this world, but she can still... Emit, energy, and maybe that will help.

Ellie closes her own eyes, focuses her Star Energy on her voice, and... sings.

...It's a hymn. It's a hymn from her own world singing about how the Star God guides and connects everyone and bonds are power and a bunch of other stuff.

The song itself is nothing magical, beyond the fact that Ellie's mixed her Star Energy in there. It can't cure wounds, or heal anything, or really do anything, but it's still a warm energy spreading out while she sings.

It's still pretty tiring, though.]

[The nice thing too is that, unlike the real Dazai, Fake Dazai's powers can be turned off. So he allows any bit of magic to actually affect him here.

The song is...relaxing, actually. It's calming in a way he didn't expect, and he finds himself sighing and sinking into a couch. He's not fully at peace, he has way too much on his mind, but by the time Ellie is done singing he will definitely be much more relaxed (and half-asleep) than he was before.]

[Once the song ends, Ellie's experiencing some pleasant exhaustion herself. After all, it's been pretty uncommon for her to be able to actually use her Star Energy outside of combat, and the fact that the Foundation might end up potentially placing her into one meant she couldn't do this kind of thing very often.

Still, she does head over towards him and brushes his hair a bit. This always helped Yoshi calm down, too.]

Just get some rest for now. We'll deal with whatever's coming tomorrow.

[Still, it's probably not safe to leave him asleep in an unlocked room... Is it possible to lock the door on her way out?]
